An antique 14k yellow gold swirl circle pin/pendant with an old mine cut center diamond. The ring flips up so it can be worn as a pendant. It has been gold tested with an Auracle AGT3 electronic gold tester. In good condition. The diamond has an estimated carat weight of 0.10ct.
