14K White Gold Cultured Pearl and Diamond Grape Brooch

A vintage 14k white gold 15 cultured pearl and diamond grape brooch. This is a really lovely brooch, in great condition. The brooch spans 2.25 inches. It has been gold tested with an Auracle AGT3 electronic gold tester.
