1940s 14k Yellow Gold Ruby and Diamond Heart Charm

A 1940's era 14k yellow gold heart-shaped charm with a face design. Features two brilliant-cut white diamonds as eyes, slightly included (SI1) clarity, G color grade. Accented with three round-cut red rubies forming a smiling mouth. The charm is engraved on the back "Stars in your eyes" after the 1945 song sung by Frank Sinatra. This charm has beautifully executed engraving.
