Upcycled Antique Heart on Chain Necklace

An antique 14k yellow gold heart on a cable chain. The heart was originally a brooch that we converted into a pendant. The necklace is 18 inches. The piece has been gold tested with an Auracle AGT3 electronic gold tester. In great condition.
