A pair of vintage Caviar by Lagos sterling silver and 18k yellow gold diamond knot earrings. There are 60 diamonds that have a total carat weight of 0.60ct. The earrings have post backs with omega clips. They are stamped Caviar 925 and 750. In excellent condition. They are 3/4 an inch long.
